By purchasing from MD Fashion Jewelry, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Orders & Payments

• All orders must be prepaid to confirm booking.

• Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

• Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days.

• Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.

• MD Fashion Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, strikes, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Unboxing & Returns

• Unboxing video is compulsory at the time of delivery.

• Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect, and it must be clearly shown in the unboxing video.

• Without proper video proof, no claim will be accepted.

• No return/exchange for reasons such as dislike of design, size, or color difference due to lighting/screens.

4. Product Care & Warranty

• All products are fashion/cosmetic jewelry, not real gold/silver.

• Keep jewelry away from water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain shine.

• No warranty is provided once the product is used.

5. Liability

• MD Fashion Jewelry is not liable for:

  • Courier mishandling after delivery.

  • Normal wear & tear or customer mishandling.

  • Minor color or design variations due to photography/lighting.

6. Policy Updates

• Customers are advised to read the latest policies before purchase.
